Elizabeth E. Richard is founder and principal of EER Strategies, LLC, and former senior strategist for NASA’s Human Health and Performance Directorate at the Johnson Space Center. Jeffrey R. Davis, MD is the founder and CEO of Exploring 4 Solutions, LLC, and an Executive-in-Residence at the Laboratory for Innovation Science at the Harvard Institute for Quantitative Social Science. He serves as an advisor to the Ignite HealthCare Network, a fellow at Open Assembly, a member of the advisory council for the nonprofit Medical Bridges, an advisor to the Grayline Group in Innovation and Health Technology, and a former board member and co-chair of the Houston Council for the nonprofit Girlstart. He is a recognized international leader, educator, speaker, author and consultant in collaborative innovation, human system risk management in health care systems, and space and aviation medicine. Jeff’s unique experience and insights across government, academic, corporate and nonprofit sectors provide a depth of technical knowledge that builds bridges between various disciplines and partners. Prior to Exploring 4 Solutions, Jeff served as the Director, Human Health and Performance, and the Chief Medical Officer for the NASA Johnson Space Center. Bret Boyd as a principal of Grayline Group is a strategy and corporate development executive with extensive experience in the defense, energy, technology, and finance sectors. Bret has served in leadership roles at several high-growth companies in the professional services, information services, and technology industries. Prior to entering the private sector, he served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Special Operations Command. During his military service, Bret deployed to combat operations in Iraq four times and to stability operations in other regions. Bret is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, where he studied international relations and systems engineering.
Kathy Holland is a co-founder of Exploring 4 Solutions. Prior to this she had over 20 years of commercial airline accounting experience managing and developing strong, effective accounting teams with a focus on sharing knowledge, effective solutions, and achieving results. During her tenure she was recognized for building and maintaining win-win relationships with other leaders and departments with a focus on design and implementation of joint projects. Relationships and an understanding of each department was key to successful implementation of improvements, changes, and acceptance by employees. The nature of the work was dynamic due to government regulations, changing technologies, competition and new company initiatives all of which required adapting to and anticipating change. Kathy holds a B.S. Accounting, with Liberal Arts emphasis from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
